Ingredients

1 small tomato (seeded and chopped)
1 small onion chopped (aprox. 1/2 cup)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 Avocado (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
Juice of 1, small lime. (only use half if really juicy)
1 tsp of salt (if desired)
Directions
Place all ingrediants in a small bowl. Make sure the avocado is smashed, so there are no large chunks. *This can easily be done with a potato masher or fork.
Serve with veggies, baked tortillas, or with grilled chicken or steak.
