Ingredients

    1 cup Cocoa powder (Dutch processed)
    2 cups Splenda
    3 cups Nonfat Dry Milk powder
    1 tsp salt
    Dash of Cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Serving size 1/3 cup
18 serving

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Package individual servings in zip top snack bags for quick on-the-go access or store the whole batch in an airtight container.

Mix 1/3 cup cocoa mix to one cup (8 oz) of hot water. Use a whisk or muddler to froth until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

    Great recipe. I did NOT use Dutch processed cocoa. That looses some of the nutritional value of the cocoa. I used natural powdered cocoa.

    Great recipe! And served over ice, it's great, too!

    Really nice mix!! The only changes I made were adding one cup of dry coffee mate creamer to the mixture and only one and a half cups of the Splenda. Yummy!! - 6/9/13
