Stuffed Red Peppers

Ingredients
13 red bell peppers (can use any color, but red is sweetest)3 pounds ground beef4 cups rice4 cups water & chicken bouillon or chicken stock1 large can tomato sauceGarlic powderPaprikaItalian seasonings
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain excess grease. Boil 4 cups rice in 4 cups of chicken stock or bouillon. Mix the rice, beef, tomato sauce and spices. Cut the tops off the peppers and stuff the mixture inside. Place in an oven-safe container, and add 1 cup of water to keep moist. Bake at 375 for one hour or until the peppers are wrinkled and softened.
