Grandpa's "Yummus"

2 3/4 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed if canned4 large cloves garlic3 tbsp ground sesame seeds (about 1/4 cup ground in a coffee / spice grinder)1 tsp ground flaxseed1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp cumin1/2 tsp dried parsley2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp water
Combine chickpeas and garlic in a food processor and run the machine until they are finely ground.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except oil and water) and puree in.
With the machine running, stream in the oil and water, mixing until thoroughly blended.
Place into a covered container and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 2 cups, 8 1/4-cup servings
