1 cup vanilla soy milk1/2 t vanilla1 scoop protien powder1 banana (frozen preferred)1 cup strawberries1/2 cup blueberriesOptional: mango, pineapple, peach, etc.Optional: sweeten with honey, stevia or agava
Add protien powder to soy milk with blender running at slow speed to prevent sticking, then add fruit and process on high until smooth.
