Brocolli Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
Water1 Onion1 raw cauliflower medium or large in sizeraw brocolli roughly equal in size to cauliflower2 cans diced tomatoes, seasoned1 can beef broth1 can carrots1 can peas1 can Northern Beans1 can Butter Beans
Directions
In a stock pot add a quartered onion, broken up brocolli and broken up cauliflower. Cover with water and boil until soft, usually about 20-30 min. Lower heat to medium and add diced tomatoes, broth, peas, carrots and drained beans to the pot. Let cook for another 30 minutes. Using a hand blender blend the soup until it becomes smooth.
