1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced green chiles (1 can)1 tsp minced garlic1 can Rotel Original3/4 cup dry brown rice2 cups water1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp black pepperseveral dashes of hot sauce
1) saute onion, garlic, and chiles until tender
2) put in tomatoes (Rotel) undrained, rice, etc and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
