hamburger steaks with mushroom gravy

Ingredients
mix 1 lb of hamburger and 1 lb of turkey with one egg and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs form into pattys and place in frying pan on medium heat flip over after about 5 minutes and let cook another 3-5 mins take out of pan an put sliced mushrooms in to sauteonce mushrooms are cooked add gravy and put hamburgers back in gravy
