Beef, round steak, 16 oz (4 - 4 oz steaks)Egg, fresh, 2 large *Bob's Red Mill AlmondMeal/Flour, 1 cupChicken bouillon, 1 cube Pepper, black, to tasteHeavy Whipping Cream, 1 cupOil for cooking.
Whisk eggs and pour on to large plate. Spread almond meal on another plate. Dredge each steak in egg, then almond meal, then repeat again. Heat oil in skillet and cook until steaks almost cooked through and coating crispy. Place steaks on plate in warm oven. In same skillet, reserving some of the drippings, pour in cream, add pepper, and chicken boullion. Whisk and cook over low heat until thickened. (If it doesn't thicken, you can add a touch of corn starch, rice flour, or other thickener to help)
Pour gravy on each steak and serve!
Serving Size: 4 - 4oz steaks with gravy.
