Ground Sirloin & Green Bell Pepper Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Sirloin 2 Green Bell Peppers, diced1 large Onions, diced6 Garlic cloves, minced3 medium Tomatoes, diced8 oz Tomato Sauce 2 cups cooked Brown Rice1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large cast iron skillet, brown ground sirloin in olive oil, add bell pepper, onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add brown rice and combine. Pour tomato sauce over mixture bake in oven for 30 minutes. Top with cheddar and cook for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and heated through
