Fish and Egg Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients
Tilapia, 9 oz Egg, fresh, 3 large egg white, fresh, 6 large Mushrooms, cooked, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .15 cup, chopped Green Peppers .25 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Corn Tortillas, 6 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
Directions
Saute veggies in olive oil and then add fish until flaky. Then add beaten eggs and egg whites until eggs are set. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in warmed corn tortillas.
