Chocolate Caramel Bread Pudding

2 1/2 c. milk1 pkg (1.4 oz) sugar-free, cook and serve chocolate pudding mix7 C. cubed Italian bread2 pkg (1.7 oz) chocolate covered caramels (Rolos)cooking sprayvanilla ice creamcaramel sundae syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Stir in bread until coated. Pour bread mixture into an 8" square pan coated with with cooking spray; sprinkle with chopped candy. Bake for 35 minutes. SPoon pudding evenly into individual serving bowls; top each with a spoon of ice cream and a drizzle of caramel syrup. Serves: 6
