Beef Pastaroni

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef 1 small onion chopped 7 oz of Barilla Plus Farfalle 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes with roasted garlic 8 oz can of tomato sauce 1 cup of Fat Free Cottage Cheese 1 Egg 1 tsp of dried parsley 1 tsp ground oregano 1/4 tsp of Season Salt 2 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella for topping
Directions
Cook shells & drain. Brown ground beef & onions in large skillet. Drain. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, and season salt. Stir cooked & drained pasta into mixture; add about 2 cups water & cook, stirring until everything is coated and mixture gets a little thicker. Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg. Drop rounded tablespoons of cheese mixture onto pasta mixture and mix in. Cover & cook 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and serve.
