Melon Juice Cooler

Please note that there are some variations and options for the listed ingredients, That will ultimately affect the nutrition values of this beverage.2 quarts chopped ripe melons (Casaba, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Etc.)1 cup Minute maid or Trop 50 Light orange juice (50 cal's per serving.).75 cup Pineapple Juice1.50 cup bottled sweetened lime juice from concentratePinch of Salt.50 to 1 cup orange or melon liqueur2 to 3 cups of tequila, vodka, or rum.OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:2 LITERS LEMON-LIME SODA, CHILLEDICELIME & lEMON Slices
Directions
Put chopped melon into a large bowl.

Combine pineapple juice, Orange juice, lime juice, and salt and pour over chopped melon. Let Stand for two hours or refrigerate overnight.

Mash or crush melons in small batches using a potato masher or blender. Press mashed fruit through a food mill or sieve to remove stringy pulp. There should be 9 to 11 cups juice. Add orange liquor to melon juice and chill.

To serve, pour melon juice into large serving bowl; add liqueur if desired. Pour in chilled soda. Float ice and sliced fruit. Serve Immediately.
