Ingredients
2 cups flour1 tsp. salt2/3 cup canola oil4 tblsp. cold water
Directions
Mix flour, salt, oil and water with a fork until blended. Do not over-mix.
Divide in half.
Roll out each half between two pieces of plastic wrap.
Place bottom crust in 9 inch pie plate.
Add filling.
Place top crust over filling.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

    I tried this recipe. I think 2/3 cup oil was alot.
    I couldnt have a good structure for the paste and it was not also easy to rol it .
