Chicken taco dish

Ingredients
1 chicken breast1/4 c. 1% cottage cheese1 tbsp reduced fat cheese1 tbsp chopped raw onion1/4 c. salsa ( I used Sam's choice Black bean & corn salsa)
Directions
Boil chicken in 2 c water till cooked, remove chicken (do not dump out water), shred chicken then return to water and add taco seasoning. Simmer chicken on low till water is gone. Then add rest of ingredients. May microwave chicken, cottage cheese & reduced fat cheese till melted then add rest of ingredients.

Very tasty and yummy!
