30 oz Shreadded Chicken (I use one whole Costco chicken, skinned boned and shreadded.)1 c 1/3 less fat or Light Cream Cheese1 Pouch Dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning1 1/2 c Greek Yogurt (I use Fage from Costco)1/2 c Crumbeled Blue Cheese3/4 c Franks Hot Sauce
Put all ingeradents except chicken in bowl and mix until incorporated. Stir in Shreaded bite sized chicken. Place in oven safe bowl and roast at 350 for 40-50 min or until bubbling. Place in small crock pot or warmer for serving. Serve with large fritos and large celery stalks.
