Shrimp Stir Fry

1 tbs veg oil2 tsp chopped garlic2 tbs grated ginger2 c thinly sliced bok choy2 c thinly sliced carrots1 package frozen broccoli1 lb shrimp peeled and veiledpepper 1/4 c light soy sauce

Heat veg oil in skillet or wok large enough for all ingrediants.
Saute garlic and ginger 30 second
Saute bok choy, add carrots, add broccoli and shrimp at last minute. Stirring each quickly
Season with pepper and soy sauce until the shrimp are cooked. about 2 minutes
