Quinoa Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
3 Egg Whites1 banana1 T Cinnamon2 T Flax Meal1/8 C Quinoa cooked1/8 C fresh blueberries (optional-10 calories)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender, except blueberries and mix. Pour out on griddle, pop the blueberries onto the top of the cakes as desired, cook till done. Enjoy!
