Ingredients
1 tbls oil1 cup fresh mushrooms1 cup fresh snow peas1/2 cup sl water chestnuts1.5 cup fresh broccoli (bok choy is usually used here but my kids like broc better)1 cup bamboo shoots (1 can)1tsp garlic1 tsp grated fresh ginger1 lb. chicken breast sliced thin1/2 cup chicken broth1 tbls corn starch2 tbls water
Directions
stir fry chicken breast 1/2 way done add allveggie, continue to cook until have veggie the firmness you like. In a sauce pan heat chicken broth mix waterwith corn starch then add to warm broth cook until slightly thickene add to mixture.
