Ingredients
One TortillaOne Fried Egg1/2 cup fat free refried beans1/2 cup enchalada sauce
Directions
Make many of these on a baking pan or just make one on a small oven safe dish/pan. Place the torilla on the pan, scoop half a cup of beans on the tortilla, place a fried egg on top of the beans. Pour the sauce over the egg. Bake at 400 until beans are warm.
