6 medium-size round red potatoes1/4 Cup chopped green onions1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained1/2 Cup nonfat mayonnaise1/4 Cup low-fat yogurt1/4 Cup low-fat sour cream1 T sugar2 T prepared mustard1 T white wine vinegar1/2 t salt1/2 t celery seeds1/4 t pepper
1. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces; place in a medium saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Combine potato, chopped green onions, and pimiento in a large bowl; toss gently
2. Combine mayonnaise and next 9 ingredients; stir well. Add to potato mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
