BHG Make it mine Lasagna

Ingredients
lasagna noodles12 ounces of ground beef1 cup chopped onion2 garlic cloves, mincedJar of ragu15 oz light ricotta1 T italian seasoning1 egg, lightly beaten1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
boil noodles until slightly firm
ground beef, add onion and garlic
drain fat from beef and add ragu and italian seasoning. Let simmer 15 min.
mix slightly beaten egg, with ricotta, and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
pour 1/2 cup of sauce mixture in 9 X13 pan add 1/2 noodles, then 1/2 cheese mixture, repeat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
