2 Chix Breast1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 Red Pepper1 Red Onion1 Cup Diced Tomatoes1/2 Cup Lite Mozarella6 Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortillas12 Tbsp. Fat Free Sour Cream4 tsp. Taco Seasoning
Dice and cook chicken in oil and add taco seasoning. Dice up pepper, onion and add to cooked chix. Then dice up and add tomato and shredded cheese. Line baking dish with foil and get out 6 tortillas. Once mixture is cooked up lay out tortillas and top each with the mixture. Roll up each tortilla and lay in dish *a toothpick can help them stay together*
Bake at 350 for about 20 min and uncover the last 5 minutes.
Serve one wrap with 2 Tbsp. of sour cream and YUM!
