Curried Chicken and Chickpea Stew

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed1/2 T. olive oil1/2 - 1 T. curry powder1/2 t. salt1/2 onion, sliced2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 can diced tomatoes1 can garbanzo beans, drained
Directions
Toss chicken, oil, curry powder, and salt in a slow cooker. Sprinkle onions and garlic over chicken. Pour in tomatoes, cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Stir in drained beans during last hour of cooking. Adjust seasonings as needed
