1 5oz Can Tuna in water2 Tbsp Mayo with Olive Oil, Reduced Fat1/4 Tsp Ginger, ground1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder1/4 Tsp Onion Powder1/4 Tsp Dill Weed, dried
