Macaroni and Cheese gluten free

Ingredients
2 oz Ancient Harvest Gluten free pasta shells3 T Smart Balance buttery spread2 T Pamela's gluten free Pancake and Baking mix1 c Milk, fat free1 c Kirkland shredded cheddar/jack cheese1 t thyme, dried1 T pepper, black1 t salt2 T cilantro, fresh diced
Directions
Use a fry pan with a high side. Melt Smart Balance in pan on medium low heat. Sprinkle in Pamela's mix while whisking continually.
Add milk and whisk until warm.
Add cheese a little at a time, whisking continually. Watch when the cheese is warmed and the mix is smooth, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Add more milk if too thick or more cheese if to runny.

Mix in cooked pasta and serve hot.
