Pasta Fagiole with Orzo

Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 4 cloves Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper 14.5 oz Can - Stewed Tomatoes 2 cans of cannellini beans Vegetable broth, 6 cup Whole Wheat Orzo, 8 oz Parsley, .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Heat large sautee pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, onion, garlic and jalapeno to the pan. Cook until onion is soft but not brown (4 -5 mins).
Coarsely puree tomatoes in a food processor or with potato masher. Stir in tomatoes, beans, and broth in to onion mixture.
Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring periodically. Add pasta and return to a boil over high heat. Reduce to simmer, stirring periodically, 8 - 10 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Serve and top with cheese if desired.
