Tuna Casserole

4 Tbsp margarine1 cup thinly sliced celery1/2 cup chopped onion2 (10 3/4 oz) cans condensed cream of celery soup2 1/2 cups skim milk3 cups (dry) sea shell macaroni, cooked for 6 minutes and drained12 oz. can tuna in water, drained and flaked1 cup dry bread crumbs4 Tbsp margarine, melted
In saucepan, melt 4 Tbsp margarine over medium heat. Add celery and onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Stir in soup and milk until blended. In 4 quart casserole, toss macaroni and tuna. Pour sauce over macaroni mixture. Mix bread crumbs and the melted margarine; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in 350 over for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 12 servings.
