Beef, round steak, 8 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole Salt, 1 tsp Serrano Peppers, 2 pepper Canola Oil, 3 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
In hot pan add:
Beef, oil, whole tomatoes, and whole chiles, simmer until meat is well cooked (it's OK, if there is browning on the pan. It adds to the flavor). Remove the tomatoes 5 minutes into the simmering.
In blender add:
Tomatoes, water, and salt. Blend well.
Add to meat, stir, and cover for 7 to 10 minutes.
Ready to serve with steamed veggies.
