Whole Wheat Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pizza Dough (see my recipe for it)1 cup chopped bell pepper1 cup chopped onion2 roma tomatoes, chopped1 cup mushrooms, chopped1 avocado, chopped1/2 cup marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1/2 cup Goat Cheese
Directions
Preheat pizza stone in oven at 450 for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms and avocado and set aside.

Cut the pizza dough into 6 equal parts. Form each into a ball and then spread on a cutting board sprinkled with flour until desired thickness. Spread 2 Tbsp marinara sauce on dough and add toppings. Cook at 450 for 12 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 6 mini pizzas
