16 oz plain yogurt1 med cucumber ~ 8"1Tbsp garlic powder1Tbsp dried dill1Tbsp olive oil1Tbsp red wine vinegar1Tbsp lemon jiuce
Place the yogurt in a tea towel, gather up the edges, place in colander and drain for 2 hours in the sink.
Peel and remove seeds from the cucumber. Puree cumber in blender, place in a tea towel and squeeze to remove the liquid; discard liquid. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
