Ingredients
50g green leaves (I used baby spinach and rocket)¼ avocado, sliced1 cup grated carrot & zucchini½ cup of grated beetroot
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve mixed with 1/3 cup of Summer Cleanse Salad Dressing and 1 Tbsp of ALPS blend.
