Kraft Smarter Fettucini Alfredo

Ingredients
1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked1 1/4 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth4 t. flour1/3 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese1/8 t. pepper1/8 t. garlic powder2 T. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Cook pasta as directed on package.

Meanwhile, mix broth and flour in medium saucepan with whisk until well blended. Add reduced-fat cream cheese, 2 T. Parmesan, pepper and garlic powder; cook 2 minutes or until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.

Drain pasta, return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley.
