*Trader Joe's Unsweetened Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 453.5 grams (remove)
Cook 16 oz of broccoli according to direction on packages. Place in a glass pie plate, coated with non-stick spray. Top with cheddar cheese.
Combine soy milk and eggs in a bowl. Mix to combine. Pour on top of brocolli and cheese. Bake at 375 F for 45 - 50 minutes. Dish freezes well.
