Ingredients
\Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp(remove)Clams, canned, meat only, 0.8 cup(remove) reserve sauceWhite Wine, 4 fl oz(remove)clam juice - Snow's Bumble Bee All Natural, 16 tbsp(remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices(remove)Barilla Plus Angel Hair (uncooked), 10 oz(remove)Scallions, raw, .75 cup, chopped(remove)
Directions
1.In large saucepan, sauté onion & mushrooms in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
2.Add , wine, reserved liquid from clams, and clam juice; bring just to a boil.
3.Reduce heat, cook uncovered over medium-low heat 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
4.Add drained clams, heat through. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
5.Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
While making sauce bring water to boil and cook the pasta. When done serve sauce over pasta.
