Vegan Chili

Ingredients
1 onion2 garlic cloves chopped8 vegan boca patties1 large bell pepper3-28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes24 oz of black beans (soaked overnight)24 oz of white kidney beans (soaked overnight)1 tsp. cayenne pepper4 tblsp. cumin12 tsp. chili powder5 servings tobasco sauce
Directions
saute vegetables. soak beans overnight. add everything to a large pot and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add flour at the end if you want the sauce thicker.
