Glazed Tuna and Sauteed Esparagus

Ingredients
5oz. Yellowfin tuna (fish)2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar'10 spears of medium sized asparagus1 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 clove of garlic1 (1' dia) slice of Ginger root
Directions
Cut tuna steak into cubed peices (2' dia)
Cut white ends of asparagus spears off
Mince garlic
Pepare balsamic vinegar in small bowl
Combine soy sauce and ginger slice

Cook asparagus in medium sautese with ginger soy sauce, low simmer for 10-15 minutes, untill tender

in medium saute pan combine balsamic vinegar and galic, brown garlic
Add tuna steaks to vinegar and garlic combonation, simmer low heat for 5-7 minutes
top with garnish

Serving Size: Serves 2-3 dishes
