Ingredients
1 egg2 Tbsp 2% reduced fat milk 2 slices whole-wheat bread1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
Directions
Whisk together egg and milk and dip bread into mixture. Spray non-stick pan with butter flavored or regular Pam cooking spray, Cook in pan until slightly browned. Top with berries and sugar. Serving Size: Makes 2 slices for 1 person
