Mexican Style Chili with cinnimon

Ingredients
1 c. tomato sauce2 c. Red kidney beans14.5 oz. diced tomatoes with green chili1 tbsp. cinnimon3 tsp. garlic in pure olive oil Stonemill brand1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery1.5 # of ground beef2.5 c. of Garden Cocktail
Directions
Brown beef in garlic with olive oil.add onions and celery, saute till onions are sweated....add kidney beans,tomato sauce and the tomatoes and green chili. Stir to combined than add the cinnimon and the garden cocktail. bring to boil.....lower to simmer for 20 minutes. To really rid of the fat drippings I than sit the pot in the cold to bring the remaining fats to the surface, to be hardened and lifted off. Can be served with dollop of of NF oikos greek Yogurt with ground cummin on top.
