Swedish Sausage Pot

Ingredients
5 oz grill sausage3.5 oz raw onion1 tsp margerine/oil to frying3.5 oz raw pototoe in cubes1 can of tomatoes2.2 oz yoghurt with up to 10% fatdash salt and peppertsp clives
Directions
Dice the onion and fry in the tsp oil/margarine several minutes until soft not brown.
Cut the sausage into slices and put it in the pot with the onion for about 3 minutes.
Cut the raw pototoes into small squares and add the chopped tinned tomatoes into the pot and let it simmer until the potatoe is cooked.
Serve the swedish sausage pot with lots of finely chopped clives
Tips use different vegetables in the dish for example cauliflower, parnips, or yams
