Smoked Fish Salad, (any smoked fish)

Ingredients
Smoked butterfishOrganic Olive Oil Mayonnaise, 1.5 cup( I make my own mayo with a reduced amount of oil.)Onions, raw, 140 grams or 5 ounces
Directions
Buy smoked butterfish. Remove all bones and skin. Put cut up deboned, and skinned trout into a food processor with cut up onion and mayonnaise. Process until smooth.
Serve on rye bread with sliced onions and sliced tomatoes. Yum Yum!
