1 - 12.5 oz can Valley Fresh Chicken Breast1 - 6 oz box Stove Top Stuffing2 T - butter1 - 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup1/2 bag - 32 oz bag of Eat Smart Vegetable Medley (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
Prepare stuffing according to directions (I used 1/2 the suggested amount of butter). Mix together, chicken, vegetables and soup and pour into sprayed casserole dish. Spread stuffing over the mixture and bake at 350 for 30 min.
