CrockPot Pinto Beans

Ingredients
2lbs dry beans, soak overnight in water1 can fire roasted tomatoes w/ juice1 can mild rotel w/ juice3 onions chopped1 poblano pepper seeded and chopped8 cloves of garlic, peeled and smashed1 bunch cilantro chopped (all but last 2 inches of stems)3T of ground comino
Directions
1. Soak beans over night (or at least 8 hours)
2. put beans at the bottom of large crockpot
3. add all ingredients
4. add salt to taste
5. cook on low for 8.5 - 9 hours (depending on your cooker)
