Homemade Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
Carnation 2% Evaporated Milk (1 can)Carnation Evaporated Milk (1/2 can)Sargento Artisan Blend Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese ( 2 cups)Sargento Mozzerella Cheese (2 cups), Butter (1/2 stick)Barilla Elbow Macaroni (14 oz box)
Directions
Cook macaroni as directed on box, and drain. Place into 9x13 baking dish.

Melt butter into evaporated milk in medium saucepan. Slowly melt all but 1/2c of cheddar cheese into the milk and butter mixture.

Pour hot cheese sauce over macaroni. Add salt and pepper to taste, and sir. Smooth out with spoon. Sprinkle 1/2c of cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350degrees.
