Overnight Oatmeal with Blueberries

Ingredients
1 ˝ cups steel cut oats1 ˝ Tbsp ground flaxseed (whole is okay, too)3 ˝ cups water˝ cinnamon stick1 ˝ tsp. vanilla1 cup frozen blueberries (optional)
Directions
Find a heatproof bowl that will fit inside your slow cooker. Spray the bowl with cooking spray.

Put all ingredients in the bowl and set the bowl in the crock.

Add water to the crock until it comes up to the top of the ingredients in the bowl without spilling inside.

Put the lid on the crock pot and set to “warm” or “low.”

Cook approximately 8 hours.
