Pork Tenderloin Crock Pot

Ingredients
1 lb Pork Loin2 large potatoes pealed and diced1 cup onion diced 1 cup celery diced 1 cup mushrooms pieces and slices 1 cup baby carrots 1 can sweet corn kernals 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup 0.5 soup can reduced sodium chicken broth 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs sesame oil 1 tsp ginger 1 tbs cilantro 0.5 tsp black pepper
Directions
Place pork loin pieces in bottom of slow cooker and mix all remaining ingredient on top of loin. Cook on low 10 hrs or until vegetables are tender.
