Mashed Pumpkin and Sweet Potato

2 cups sweet potato, peeled and cubed1/2 cup pumpkin puree1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water1 tablespoon maple syrup2 tablespoons half and half
1. Place sweet potato pieces in pot of boiling water. Cook until soft (about 8 minutes). Drain, but reserve liquid.
2. Mash sweet potatoes then mix in dissolved bouillon mixture, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Once mixture is mixed well, add half and half. If mixture is too thick, add reserved cooking liquid.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2-cup servings
