Delicious Banana Bread OATMEAL!

Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamondash salt1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/3 cup quick oats1/3 medium ripe banana, mashed (1/4 cup)1/2 tablespoon chopped toasted pecans
Directions
1. In medium bowl, combine & microwave oats, milk, brown sugar, spices and salt for about 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
2. Microwave an additional 1 1/2 minutes, watching that mixture doesn't overflow; stir.
3. Stir in mashed bananas and pecans.
Note: To toast pecans, spread nuts evenly on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and brown. (check & stir every 30 seconds)
