Ingredients
Milk, 1%, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large *Colgin Liquid Smoke, 1 tsp *Flour, white, 2 cup Bad Byron's Butt Rub-Barbeque Seasoning SS-.25 Tsp, 96 serving*Beef - Minute Steak lean - 5oz - 142g, 17 serving
Directions
mix egg, milk, and liquid smoke together in bowl, then mix flour and butt rub in a seal-able plastic bag. soak each piece of meat in liquid mixture and then put in baggie and shake. Then pan fry in oil flipping to fry both sides evenly. Then bake for approx 30 to 40 min. Turning half way through.
